Maria Sisternas, director of INCASÒL, at breakfast with the Chamber of Contractors and Works of Catalonia

Last March 13, ASINCA organized with the Chamber of Contractors and Works of Catalonia a breakfast with the director of the Catalan Soil Institute (INCASòL), Maria Sisternas.

The event serves for Sisternas to explain the new social housing policy of the Government of the Generalitat and the different urbanisation, construction and cultural heritage improvement works that INCASÒL will carry out from this year.

Some of the keys that the director has noted are:

  • INCASÒL seeks to be more inclusive, sustainable, digital and to represent very well the social value it is supposed to have.
  • The planned 2023 investment will be:
    • Housing: 35M/€ housing works + 100M/€ in acquisition and rehabilitation.
    • Sector of economic activity: 24M/€.
    • Natural heritage and decarbonisation: 12M/€.

During the presentation, Maria Sisternas also took the opportunity to announce some of the main urbanization, construction and cultural heritage improvement projects throughout the different municipalities of Catalonia.
